HNL is a way of leading that comes from hostage negotiation strategies. Leaders put the people they manage first, thinking about how the company’s needs will affect their employees. They work to find the best balance to achieve the right results for the team and the organization.
This will be an ongoing series with each course purchased individually, and taught live online. The course will be recorded and available for further reference.

Each course purchased individually is $59 and includes the recording for two weeks.
After the third session, the full series recordings will be available as part of the Foundational Course Series.

How is the course administered?
Sessions are conducted live online using Zoom. You'll receive the link to access the course a week before the course starts.
What happens if I miss the session?
Sessions are recorded and sent shortly after the course is over. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions. Please plan accordingly and make sure you have the sessions on your calendar.
How long do I have to access the recording?
All recordings are viewable for 21-days after each session. They are not downloadable. Recordings are sent within 24 hours after the session ends.
