About the Series

The Tactical Empathy® Series: Strategic Negotiations is designed as a practical introduction to the Black Swan Method™ and the communication principles that support high-stakes negotiation success.

Throughout the series, participants will explore concepts including Tactical Empathy®, The Core 4, Tone and Delivery, Accusation Audits®, Underlying Assumptions and the Laws of Negotiation Gravity. Sessions are intentionally designed to combine foundational instruction with practical application through guided exercises, discussion, breakout interaction, and Q&A. 

Rather than focusing on advanced coaching or individualized negotiation strategy, this series is built to help participants strengthen foundational understanding and begin applying the concepts in everyday conversations and professional interactions.

How is the course administered?

Sessions are conducted live online using Zoom. You'll receive the link to access the course a week before the course starts. 

What happens if I miss the session?

Sessions are recorded and sent shortly after the course is over. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions. Please plan accordingly and make sure you have the sessions on your calendar.

How long do I have to access the recording?

All recordings are viewable for 21-days after each session. They are not downloadable. Recordings are sent within 24 hours after the session ends.
