You arrive, grab coffee, and lock eyes with your coach. Minutes later, you’re in triads, each bringing a real negotiation challenge. No slides, no hiding—just raw scenarios, instant coaching, and breakthroughs you feel in your gut.

Next, we dive into Tactical Empathy® and the Laws of Negotiation Gravity™. You’ll learn to name emotions so precisely they can’t be denied—and see why a well-timed “no” moves negotiations forward. By lunch, these principles won’t just make sense; they’ll be yours.

Afternoon: Embedding the Core 4
After lunch, you’ll scan the room for live examples of Labels™, Mirrors™, Dynamic Silence™, and Summaries™. We break each tool down, then drill until they feel natural. Escalating role-plays follow, pushing you to blend all four skills under pressure. Concepts quickly become muscle memory—so in your next high-stakes conversation, the tools appear without hesitation.

Late Afternoon Focus: The Ultimate Defusion
To close the day, you tackle Accusations Audits™—surfacing fears before they ignite, and transforming defensiveness into collaboration. You won’t leave with another binder of notes. You’ll leave with sharper instincts and the confidence to handle any negotiation.

Will Chris be there?

No, we are sorry—Chris will not be in attendance at these events. Our Dealmaker Days are led by our top-performing negotiation instructors and coaches. They are equipped to support you in achieving your desired negotiation successes!

How many people will attend this event?

Each Dealmaker Day is open to 60 attendees only. You can expect to interact with each of our speakers, ask your negotiation questions, and network with other like-minded individuals who are hungry to make good deals.

Are meals included with my ticket?

Yes, meals for the day are included. Breakfast will be served during check-in at 8am and Lunch at 12pm.

In between the morning and afternoon sessions, there will be beverages and snacks available as well.

What is the refund policy?

Things come up, and we understand. If you cancel up to 4 weeks in advance, we will fully refund your ticket cost.

If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the cost of your ticket.

What should I bring to the event?

Bring your preferred note-taking devices (paper & pen).
