Whether you're negotiating with buyers, handling challenging listings, or working with a team, Tactical Empathy® in Real Estate provides the strategic advantage you need to thrive in an ever-evolving market.

By shifting your mindset and adopting the core principles of Tactical Empathy®, you’ll learn how to listen on a deeper level to uncover blind or hidden drivers of human behavior in order to influence those you represent as well as those representing others. From handling negotiations to cultivating a referral network based on trust, this course will help you unlock your full potential as a trusted, go-to agent in your market.

Over the span of 10 weeks, you'll learn to leverage the power of Tactical Empathy® to build trust, navigate sensitive conversations, and improve your performance as an agent.

What happens if I miss the session?

Sessions are recorded and sent shortly after the course is over. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions.  Please plan accordingly and make sure you have the sessions on your calendar. 

How is the course administered?

Sessions are conducted live online using Zoom. You'll receive the link to access the course a week before the course starts. 

How long do I have to access the recording?

All recordings will be available through the course duration and for an additional 21-days after the final session.
