Empathy is necessary for influence.Join the Black Swan instruction team for a 2-day in-depth seminar. During this event, you'll learn advanced tactical empathy skills to increase your effectiveness in team negotiations, dealing with distrustful counterparts, using negotiator types to your benefit, and navigating the emotions that are always present within the negotiation. With our multiple-instructor approach, you'll learn from many perspectives and engage in case studies. This event is limited to 70 attendees.

Instructor and Coach
Don Fieselman is the instructor and coach at The Black Swan Group. He began his career as a police officer in Pocatello, Idaho in 1994. 2 years later, he was accepted to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) in Las Vegas, Nevada. He spent over twenty-five years there and worked most of his career in investigations. He became an instructor and taught local, state, and federal law enforcement personnel throughout his career.

What are the prerequisites to take this course?
While we would love for everyone to attend. This course contains advanced materials and methodologies. We strongly recommend attending a Black Swan 1-day Live Event before a 2-day event.
How many people will attend this event?
The event is open to 60 attendees only. You can expect to interact with each of our speakers, ask your negotiation questions, and network with other like-minded individuals who are hungry to make good deals.
Are meals included with my ticket?
Yes, meals for the day are included. Breakfast will be served during check-in and will stop serving at 9:00 am when we kick off the day.
We will break 1 hour for lunch, which is also provided. In between the morning and afternoon sessions, there will be beverages and snacks available as well.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible.
We want to be able to accommodate you, but the day of dietary accommodations are not always available depending on our venue.
What is the refund policy?
Things come up and we understand. That's why if you cancel up to 2 weeks in advance we will fully refund your ticket cost.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the cost of your ticket.
What should I bring to the event?
Bring your preferred note-taking devices (paper & pen).
