Day at a Glance

Morning: Group Coaching
You arrive, grab coffee, and settle in for an interactive Group Coaching session. Bring your real-world negotiation challenges—whether it's a stalled salary conversation, a tough job offer, or a workplace conflict you can't seem to crack—and troubleshoot them alongside our coaches and fellow attendees. You'll leave the morning with concrete approaches to the situations actually sitting on your desk.

Late Morning: Tactical Empathy® and Laws of Negotiation Gravity™
You will learn to identify emotional drivers and apply emotional intelligence in a way that transforms conversations. By lunch, these negotiation strategies will feel natural.

Afternoon: Embedding the Core 4
After lunch, you will work through live examples of Labels™, Mirrors™, Dynamic Silence™, and Summaries™. We break each tool down and apply them through escalating role-plays designed to strengthen your negotiation tactics, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to build rapport under pressure. You will also refine how you communicate using positive words and tone awareness.

Late Afternoon Focus: The Ultimate Defusion
To close the day, you will focus on Accusations Audits™, a powerful tool for conflict resolution and handling high-stakes conversations. You will learn how to surface objections early, reduce resistance, and guide discussions with clarity using emotional intelligence.

You will leave with sharper negotiation skills and the confidence to handle any contract negotiation or real-world scenario.

Will Chris be there?

No, we are sorry—Chris will not be in attendance at these events. Our Dealmaker Days are led by our top-performing negotiation instructors and coaches. They are equipped to support you in achieving your desired negotiation successes!

How many people will attend this event?

Each Professional Dealmaker Day is open to 60 attendees only. You can expect to interact with each of our speakers, ask your negotiation questions, and network with other like-minded individuals who are hungry to make good deals.

Are meals included with my ticket?

Yes, meals for the day are included. Breakfast will be served during check-in at 8am and Lunch at 12pm.

In between the morning and afternoon sessions, there will be beverages and snacks available as well.

What is the refund policy?

Things come up, and we understand. If you cancel up to 4 weeks in advance, we will fully refund your ticket cost.

If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the cost of your ticket.

What should I bring to the event?

Bring your preferred note-taking devices (paper & pen).
